Simply go to our secure booking form and enter the relevant information, then select a date that you would like us to clean your home. Once this has been completed you will receive a confirmation email that we have received your booking. We will get in touch if we need any further details. 

Yes! We are happy to speak with you over the phone to discuss your cleaning requirements. We can take you through the booking process so that your account is up and running. Alternatively, you can get in touch with us using our contact form on the contact page. 

  • Kitchen (clean of sink, worktops, cabinet doors, and hobs)
  • Exterior surfaces in all rooms
  • Floors mopped and vacuumed (steam cleaned if you have a steam cleaner)
  • Bathroom (toilet, cistern and base, sink and taps, mirrors, bath/shower)
  • Bedroom (Furniture and frames)
  • All windowsills 


Extras can be added to your clean but will increase overall timings.

Deep cleans are recommended for most people that haven’t had a professional cleaning service before. You will be getting everything that is included with general domestic cleaning plus a focus on high contact areas to prevent the build up of dirt and grime over time. We also include:

  • Skirting boards 
  • Picture rails
  • Light fittings and switches
  • All door handles
  • High detail areas
  • Radiators
  • Tilework


Extras can be included to tailor your booking.

A thorough, end of tenancy clean is often required by letting agencies. The condition of the property needs to be to the standards of the inventory and ready for new tenants / homeowners. Our end of tenancy cleaning is our all inclusive service which includes a professional oven clean, cleaning inside the fridge and inside the cabinets, and all internal windows and frames.

Yes. We hold keys for the majority of our client base. If you have a lock box, we will return the key once the clean has been completed. 

We know how important it is to have a consistent and reliable cleaning service. We will always look to assign a replacement cleaner in the event that your cleaner is unwell or on annual leave. This will be dependent on availability levels, and may need to be rescheduled for a different day and time. You are also welcome to skip a clean and wait for your cleaner to return.   

Our cleaners are taking the necessary precautions to fight against the spread of Covid-19. This includes:

  • Washing hands regularly 
  • Staying home when they are not feeling well
  • Wearing a mask when required
  • Social distancing when possible
  • Extra attention to high contact areas

Yes! We do our best to use Eco-friendly cleaning products where we can. In some instances we might need to use a more ‘harsh’ chemical for tough to clean areas. If you have any special requirements, please let us know in the comments section on the booking form. We can provide a vacuum cleaner if required, but we do not supply a mop and bucket for Domestic Cleaning.

We have £2 million Public Liability Insurance. 

We will charge your card on the day of your clean. 

You can cancel a booking and no payment will be taken as long as it is done within 48 hours notice.

If you cancel your booking within 24 hours, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total booking charge.
